In this project, we developed a customer success manager that allows a coaching company to continuously track and control its customers' journey. Each customer goes through a status lifecycle from upcoming to active, paused and completed, which is maintained automatically by the application.

At its core is the automatic seminar monitoring: the application synchronizes online meetings including participant lists via the Zoom API and autonomously assigns participations to the right customers using multi-level matching.

Daily routines update customer statuses and statistics fully automatically and alert the team as soon as customers become inactive. An analytics dashboard clearly presents participation rates and the entire customer journey.
